UI/UX Designer

General Summary

A designer plays a key role in a creative company. As a design team member, you will devise a UX strategy, conduct user research, and deliver high-quality visuals. Therefore, the successful candidate will be a middle or senior level designer, with experience in creating visual design elements, brand identities, web and/or mobile applications.

We look for someone who possesses knowledge and skill with at least one of the following software tools:

• Illustrator

• Photoshop

• Figma

• InVision

Communication is an important part of the job, as designers work with both management and clients to meet specific objectives. The professional opinion of a designer is highly sought in the process of creating and maintaining a digital product, so keeping focused and the confidence to guide people effectively is often required.

Skills and Qualification required:

- A team player approach, willingness to collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners

- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to deliver on creative direction from leadership

- Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities with flexibility

- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Possess a strong work ethic, showing dedication and self-sufficiency

- Confidence to be bold with their work

- The ability to meet deadlines

- The ability to think creatively and deliver disruptive concepts

- Portfolio required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Staying up to date with industry trends

- Producing consistently excellent visual work

- Producing a host of ideas, selecting the best ones and selling them to the other members of the team and clients

- Encouraging others to share their ideas and nurturing creativity

- Communicating productively with management and clients to keep them up-to-date with project milestones

- Creating direction for projects and guiding team members
